processes where not only automation but also high speed and repeatability in label application are essential.<\/p><p>Depending on the configuration of the material-feeding system, the head can achieve:<\/p><ul><li>up to <strong>50 m\/min<\/strong> with a mechanical unwinder and rewinder,<\/li><li>up to <strong>75 m\/min<\/strong> with a mechanical unwinder and a powered rewinder,<\/li><li>up to <strong>120 m\/min<\/strong> with a powered unwinder and rewinder,<\/li><li>up to <strong>200 m\/min<\/strong> in a configuration available upon request.<\/li><\/ul><p>The label feed speed can be synchronized with the actual speed of the product being conveyed using an encoder. This is particularly important on lines where the conveyor speed varies during operation. <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hkkgroup.pl\/en\/offer\/print-and-apply\/\">The IXOR+ automatic applicator<\/a> can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and the material can be fed to the left or right.
