project and becoming <strong>a rational business decision.<\/strong> Rising labor costs, a shortage of forklift operators, and pressure for process stability are causing manufacturing and logistics companies to look more and more closely at the return on investment (ROI) of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots). PLN 6,000 gross, <\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1431\"><p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1431\">The total cost to the employer (including PPK):  <strong>approx. PLN 7,300 per month, <\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1481\"><p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1481\">Which amounts to about<strong> PLN 87,600<\/strong> per year per shift.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1759\">In practice, indirect costs such as sickness absenteeism, vacation, overtime, employee turnover, training and operational downtime must be added to this amount.
