Inventory in 4 easy steps
The first step is to download the company’s asset data into Digit.IO Inventory so that it can be used on the ZEBRA mobile computer during the inventory process.
Conduct a full or partial physical inventory for specific locations. A member of the inventory team scans the unique barcode placed on the fixed asset using a mobile computer.
Ability to generate and print the inventory differences report after the inventory is completed anywhere.
The result of the inventory with all changes is transferable from the Digit.IO Inventory application to the fixed asset accounting system operating in the company.

DIGIT.IO Inventory software
Intuitive and easy-to-use program used to conduct a physical inventory of fixed assets. It offers the possibility of two-way data exchange with the system for recording fixed assets. Allows you to generate and print an inventory differences report, as well as add photos of items identifying a fixed asset. The program has a built-in wizard for creating labels.

ZEBRA ZD421 label printer

A robust and trouble-free label printer that allows high-resolution printing, making it possible to use labels of small size, which translates into practicality. The printer works with thermal transfer technology, guaranteeing the durability of the printout for many years. Supplied consumables such as ribbons, as well as the labels themselves, provide high resistance to peeling off and possible damage during use of the asset.
