What is Palomat AMR
Palomat AMR is an automatic pallet warehouse designed to work with mobile robots (AMR). The system enables automatic stacking and separating of pallets, allowing robots to pick and put away individual pallets without an operator.
The device acts as a pallet buffer between production, logistics and transport robots. This makes it possible to maintain constant access to pallets and organize their flow in the plant.

How does the Palomat AMR work?
The Palomat AMR system works directly with mobile robots and automatically handles the flow of empty pallets.
Action process
- AMR robot pulls up to Palomat station.
- The system automatically dispenses a single pallet or picks up a pallet from a robot.
- Pallets are automatically stacked (stacking).
- The system prepares another pallet to be picked up by the robot.
The entire process is done without an operator and without manual handling of pallets.

Automatic stacking and separating of pallets
The Palomat automatically stacks pallets and separates them into individual pieces. As a result, AMR robots can always retrieve a single pallet without manual operator intervention.
Pallet buffer
The system acts as a buffer warehouse that can store up to a dozen pallets in one unit. This ensures a stable and orderly flow of pallets in production and logistics processes.
Pallet pick-up and drop-off station for AMR
The Palomat provides a docking point for AMR robots to automatically pick up and put down pallets. The system synchronizes its operation with the robot, ensuring a safe and repeatable transfer process.
