Pick by Voice system - how does it work?
The Pick by Voice system integrates with the WMS, which sends picking orders to the operator’s device. The employee hears commands on the handset regarding the location of the product, the number of pieces and where to put the goods. Once the action is completed, he confirms it by voice, updating the data in the system.
Such a solution eliminates the need to use a data collector or scanner. Work is therefore much faster, and the operator can concentrate fully on the task at hand. The system responds immediately to commands and controls the correctness of actions, so picking orders by Voice-Picking method ensures high efficiency even with a large number of orders.
