RMA system - comprehensive management of service requests

We launched RMA system (Return Merchandise Authorization), which facilitates the submission and handling of service requests. This practical tool allows our customers to quickly report a malfunction online, as well as track the progress of the repair in real time – from the time of the request to the receipt of the equipment.

The system automatically assigns requests to the appropriate specialists, which allows efficient organization of work and reduces response time. Customers thus gain not only greater transparency in the entire process, but also the convenience of reducing paperwork to a minimum.

We encourage you to use the new platform – it’s a solution that is in line with the standards of modern service, which focuses on simplicity and efficiency.

Competence, speed and quality - this is our Auto ID service

We offer authorized service of label printers and automatic identification equipment 7/24 under packages and service contracts. Our offerings include. Zebra brand equipment service, CAB printer service, Zebra terminal service, Zebra scanner service, barcode verifier service.

We use a dedicated diagnostic tool and an adequate number of spare parts, which allows us to diagnose the damage and perform the repair in our service center, the fastest on the market.

Our goal is to prevent downtime and ensure the continuous operation of your company’s equipment, which directly translates into measurable savings. We work with customers in a wide range of industries and scales of operation, from manufacturing plants to small distribution centers, offering tailor-made service contracts – 2, 3 or 5 years in a variety of price options and corresponding degrees of protection.

Extended service care significantly reduces repair time and includes, among other things. Replacement of depleted or damaged components with brand new ones and software updates.
