We have completed another complex implementation – this time for Rossmann Poland, a leader in the drugstore market. Our task was to design and launch an automatic product sizing system for the company’s distribution centers.
The project uses Cubiscan 325 equipment, which allows for fast and precise scanning of product dimensions and weight – with accuracy to the nearest millimeter and full integration with the WMS system.
The implementation covered all Rossmann logistics centers, including the facility in Lodz, Pyskowice and Grudziądz. The applied solution enables not only acceleration of operators’ work and elimination of measurement difficulties, but also standardization of master data and optimization of storage and transport space.
