- Environment – We continue our investments in green energy and energy efficiency, such as installing photovoltaic panels, upgrading heating systems, implementing LED lighting in workplaces and modernizing our machinery fleet. Our goal is to further reduce our company’s carbon footprint, which was already at a record low in 2023 as it was only 1967 tons of CO₂e
- Society – We take care of our employees, offering them opportunities for professional development, support from the Social Fund and shaping a friendly work environment.
- Ethics and governance – We operate according to the highest ethical standards, both internally and with our partners.
