A highlight of the seminar was a visit to Dimark’s state-of-the-art showroom, where we demonstrated automated barcode reading solutions using BHS gates as an example, code reading using a line-scan camera system combined with volumetric scanning, as well as the concept of traceability in Tire Solution’s production and warehousing processes.
Participants were also able to learn about Scada™ software for process management and visualization, and WebSentinel™ suite for effective control of Auto ID processes in industrial automation, logistics and image analysis.
In the second part of our seminar, together with our key customer JBB Bałdyga, we presented a comprehensive solution for automating the reading of barcodes on products.
At Europe’s most modern meat processing plant in Lysy, we have implemented scanning systems from the moment individual goods enter the confection, through bulk packaging, to the scanning of large-size pallets at the time of receipt into the warehouse and release. This is a pioneering and innovative solution on the scale of our country.
In the following panels , participants could learn about Digit.IO‘s offer of WMS software dedicated to logistics and production, the possibilities offered by RFID technology, or the benefits of automatic label applicators.
Our seminar could also not miss the knowledge of GS1 Poland standards, barcodes, or 2D codes, which are increasingly used in extended product identification.
